Whats the best way to put on eye makeup?

i have brown hair and dark brown eyes and i want to know what will make my eyes look good and what products work the best.

you would want something soft nothing to heavy (you dont want to look like a drag queen) start with the eyeshadow first and if you haven't used liquid liner stick with a pencil even a soft pencil it will make it easier and you willn't have to start over if you mess up. liner should go on top of shadow ( it looks better:) go a head and try pratice makes perfect especially with make up.....Whats the best way to put on eye makeup?
i use black eyeliner. and eyeliner only.


liquid is great. for beginners too. practice and practice before you wear it in public.


shadows are fun but for the expert. eyeliner is cheap and easy to master.





pencil is great too. experiment with both. pencils will smudge! use pencil with caution.


mascara.. hmmm. its not necessary and could leave you with raccoon eyes. waterproof feels sticky. avoid it if you can.


only for special occasions once you're comfortable with the dramatic look it produces.
Pencil is easy for the lower lid. Liquid for the upper and it requires a bit of practice. :S
