These long eyelashes aren't real. She's got fake eyelashes, top and bottom. You need to use liquid (very dark brown or black) eye liner, and get yourself some lashes, girl! Got your lash curler out?How do i do my eye makeup like this? Please help!?
do heavy black liquid eyeliner on the top and smudge it a little bit. then, on the bottom, use a pencil lightly and use a sponge to smudge it. lastly, apply coral or peach-colored eyeshadow and black mascara :)





EDIT: one more thing: also, use a white eyeshadow or hilighting pen to the inner corners of your eyes near your nose; this reflects the light and makes your eye appear more almond-shaped
Hilary's wearing fake eyelashes. If you want her look, coat your top and bottom eyelashes in a good, black mascara. Apply false eyelashes top and bottom (you can get them at any drugstore). Use some smoky black eyeshadow on your top lid, and line top and bottom with black eyeliner. Put it on carefully and sort of smudge it in a little.

Right ok here is how it goes.


*apply a white sheer highlighter under ur eyebrow


*apply a coral eyeshadow to ur eyelids and round it


*apply liquid eyeliner thickly right above ur lashline all the way till the end of ur lashline


*apply liquid or pencil eyliner to right above ur lower lashline


*apply mascara on top and bottom lashes as much as u want


*then taking liquid eyeliner, flick out the ends of the liner, and make sure they are even





I have done this look several times, and wen done correctly, it is professional or party.
Lightly dust on brown eyeshadow.





You get black liquid liner and line your top lid until it reaches the corners of your eyes and very carefully make a wing at the end, which in my opinion looks to diva-ish for a normal day.





But you line your bottom lids with black liner and pile on mascara.
use a light shimmery pink on your top lids and a frosted white over the lids to add more shine and then use a black liquid liner super close to your lash line and wing the eyeline out just a lil at the edge of the eye
It's not that great of a picture for me to be able to tell, but it looks just like liquid eyeliner. Look on YouTube for a tutorial.
liquid eye liner... line the upper lid and flick it out at the corner to give you the 'cat eye' look, do it thinly at first then thinken it up as you desire
