That they are trying too hard. That they are hiding something. They aren't up on fashion. They don't know that makeup should enhance what they have, not cover it all up. Most of all though it is a young teen girl thinking that more eye makeup will make them look older when in reality it doesn't.
I think they look like pandas.
I personally dont like make up, to me its hiding the actual beauty of your face. No thanks!! woman who dont use it I find more attractive.
