Put it on before and wait a few minutes to let them settle, then put the makeup on. That is what I reccomend and that is what I do!Do I Put On My Contacts Before Or After I Put On My Eye Makeup?
Put them on before. If you don't you'll smudge your eye makeup if you use your finger to help open your eye. Personally I cant even see good enough to put on my makeup without them in first! :-)
