Eye make up is a funny thing. The problem is hat a 13 year old rarely understands the ';less is more'; mentality. I have a daughter and think that 13 is okay for eye make up if you're talking a neutral (beige, light brown, white) color. Eyeliner is just inappropriate for kids 13 and under. Just no need for looking ';sexy'; at that age and let's face it, that's what eyeliner is for. Just my opinion. At any rate, just go easy and try for the natural look.What is the best age under 13 to wear eye makeup?

no. young people shouldnt wear makeup, 13 would be the absolute youngest age that would be ok, and that should just be like lipgloss and eye shadow.
