ok so ur walking down the street, in a bar, at church, studying at school, hanging at a friends house, watching a movie, looking at a add or TV comercial.... and u see some girl that has an obvious amount of dark black eye liner.... what is ur first impression?
when you get to know her better does that first impression change?All guys... what is impression of girls with dark heavy eye makeup?
If the makeup is noticable then that's not a good idea to use it. The only way that makeups make the girl more attractive is if we don't notice it and we think they're part of the girl, that means that they are prettier :D.
