Unless you have SUPER dry skin I would not use baby oil as an eye make-up remover. Baby oil is obviously very oily and can cause major breakouts around your eye area.
Target has a great brand of eye make-up remover. I think it's $4.99 and works just as well as anything expensive.

what i usually do is i get a Q-tip and put a little drop of baby oil on it and softly rub it under my eye to remove all of the smuged stuffIs it ok to use baby oil as an eye makeup remover?
I will not recommand it as the eye area is very sensitive.
