okay i saw this on a makeup show, try putting some white eyeshadow in the corners of your eyes it makes them look more open, and bigger.

shimmery white that is.

and my eyes are hazel/green too so try some purple eyeshadow and some black eyeliner.

they actually have something out now, where you can go to the store and they have special makeup for your eye color.

you can even get it at walmart.I need step by step instructions on putting on eye makeup like eyeliner?
A golden color would look really good. With one hand, for the bottom, hold down ur bottom of ur eye. Apply the eyeliner all along the white edge.

Try using a little less eyeliner, think of it as thickening your lash line. Really work the color in between your lashes, keep the line close to the lash line. Curl your lashes and wear lots of mascara. Skip liner and mascara on the bottom, it'll close your eye up. To really make your eyes pop, invest in a highlighter pencil. I love Eye Bright by benefit, draw a line under your eyebrows and in the corner of your eyes. When I'm super tired, I use it to line my lower lash line and blend it just to get a ';glow'; around my eyes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ON THE PINK PART OF YOUR EYE ABOVE YOUR LOWER LASHES. It's a great way to get an eye infection, your eye doctor will tell you the same thing. Plus it leaves you with much less of the little ';goopy'; bits in the corner of your eyes! :-)

As for colors for hazel eyes. Gold lids with a plum liner is going to really bring out the green tones in your eyes. Another favorite I like for my hazel eyes is a sparkly taupe shadow with mossy green liner.
Use this:

1. apply the light purple to your whole eye (from the lash to the brow)

2. apply the medium purple to the outside on the lid and a little bit above it

3. apply the dark to the lid, and use a brown liner on top and bottom lid

Do the same in brown, green, and sort of a maroon - ish color. This looks amazing with golden bronzer and nude or pale gloss. Hope I helped!
for putting on eyeliner..

1. first close your eyes

2. then take the pencil and start drawing at the outside corner of your eye

3. continue drawing up to the inside corner of your eye, making sure that you are very very very close to your lashline.

and dont put any on your bottom lashes and sorry i dont know about colors for you. and really it just takes practice, you can work with the pencil however you like to get whatever look you want. the one rule is to make sure that it is close to your lashline (like i said before).
ATART AT THE CORNER OF YOUR EYE THE SLOWLY COME DOWN NOT ALL THE WAY TO YOUR NOSE BUT TO WHERE YOUR EYELASHES STOP. mAKE SURE YOU PUT IT UP VERY CLOSE TO YOUR EYE SO YOU DONT LOOK GOTH
for me, it all depends on skintone. like for me, i can onnly wear greens and browns and tans.

ok so eye liner. glitters always look good with hazel. if you use black, u can color it with eyeshadow. but u can only do that if the eyeliner is still wet.

eyeshadow:

pinks, blues, and purples look really good with light skinned people

browns and light pinks look good with medium tanned people.

greens, browns, and tans look good with olive complection

good luck
