I've heard applying white eyeliner actually makes your eyes look bigger. You need to apply it on the lower water line/ or on the edges of your eyes. Mascara is also a must, because it opens up your eyes. You can wear eyeliner on the top too, I'm sure this will work.
eyeliner and darker eye shadows can make your eyes look bigger if you find the right shades. the best way to make your eyes look bigger though is to find a volumizing/lengthening mascara. lash blast luxe, regular lash blast, full n soft, colossal (if you don't mind the smell), and loreal's voluminous work the best. buy the blackest black or a black. the browns are usually just for the really natural looks.
Curl your eyelashes and add mascara.


Also use light eyeshadow and try to not line the bottoms of your eyes too much with dark eyeliner. Light colors will make the eye appear brighter. Use white eyeliner at the inner eyelid on the bottom and use eye brighter/white creamy eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eye. Also use concealer on the outter edges of your eye and on the bottom of your eyes to cover up dark spots and make your eyes seem brighter.

so 1, never apply eyeliner one the inner rim of the eye, it makes the eye look smaller because well, think about it it makes sense





2. apply the eyeliner all around the eye, from corner to corner, otherwise it will make your eye look more round and less gorgeous like an almond shape,





ok so theres some others but those are the main ones, and when you apply eyeliner to your upper lid, do it as close to the lash line as possible, and smudge it a tiny bit with your finger, to blend it into the lash line, xoxo ash
The best way to make your eyes look bigger is to have your eyebrows done to frame them, and also wear a light eyeshadow right on your browbone. When you use eyeliner try not to put it on the inner corner of your eye, start from almost the middle. Also don't put any on your lower lash, at least not from the inner corner, this makes them look smaller.
eyeliner on top defines your eyes more, on the bottom it'll make it look smaller


but if you put white eyeliner on the bottom it makes you look more awake and your eyes appear slightly larger.

but to put it on the top you put it right on top of your eyelashes..

wow don't put it around your whole eye like you are outlining it. that makes it look smaller. put it only 3-4 a way across the bottom lash line, then smudge the rest of the way across. It will make your eyes look bigger than if you put it around your whole eye. Also white eye liner or grey helps a lot.
