I need help with my eye makeup?

whenever i apply liner to my water line, it usually smudges after a while, and my eye looks all black beneath. i hv to keep cleaning it and reaaplying. is there any way to keep the liner in the waterline without it getting smudged?I need help with my eye makeup?
....if you have small eyes be careful if you tight line because it will make your eye appear even smaller but if you have big eyes tight lining them ( in the rims ) makes them really stand out. Also if you take your pencil and line the top rim of you lashes it will make the lashes appear fuller. I would just practice and see what you like best ....one day when you have free time ...try lining one underneath the lashes and then do the other by lining the rims and see which one you like the best ....if you opt for lining the rims make sure you get a good waterproof liner .....

Smashbox came out with a liner that is like a gel that you brush on and it is formulated just for lining the rims of your eyes and I have it and it works great ....it doesn't irritate the eye nor does the liner float around in the eye .....I really like it.

Also the company tarte makes a pencil that is the same ....it is formulated for lining the rims of the eyes and doesn't float around or disappear or irritate them ....

Good Luck ~~~I need help with my eye makeup?
I'd definitely go with Revlon's Colorstay eyeliner (it comes on a stick or liquid). Although it does smudge after a while, it is definitely the best that I know out there.

There are also some products by MAC that seem to work well, too (although they are more expensive) - the Liquidlast Eyeliner or Liquid Eye Liner. Good luck!
I usually carry baby wipes with me in my purse. They work great!! I wrap one around my finger and swipe under. No more smudge. Great to remove make up.
Use mac eyeliner it doesnt smudge.
is ur liner waterproof?
take the line little bit at time
