try making them smokey! out line and define them!
how to... you will need eyeliner and an eye shadow brush:
apply eyeliner on bottom lid normally
apply eyeliner on top lid and rub it in with eye shadow brush.
add mascara

well, i think you should use some eyeshadow and mascara that compliment your eyes, but try not to use too much dramatic eyeliner, remember less is more :]
