How do i get my eye makeup to look like this?

i realize there is a great deal of mascara going on right there, but what else is she wearing?

Her eyes are completely outlined with black eye liner. Put that on first, then add the mascaraHow do i get my eye makeup to look like this?
I agree with the poster above me - it's a good looks if you're quite young but I personally wouldn't go for it. She's using a liquid eyeliner on her upper lids, very close to the lash line. Something like Rimmel's Professional Liquid Eyeliner in black. Then she used a soft kohl eyeliner pencil for the inner edges (from the outer corner right up to the duct.) And then a light and shimmery eye shadow such as Barry M Dazzle Dust in Pale Pink. And then any lengthening mascara. You could possibly use some lash inserts too for more length.
she's probably using a light eye primer (urban decay's- primer potion), pale pink/peach eyeshadow, black liner on the water line (lower lash line) through the tear duct, and lots of mascara. on her lips using a bright pink lipstick, chap stick (you can use a loose glitter and pat that against your lips), and then put a clear gloss over it.

Most likely false lashes, mascara and black eyeliner. Most likely gel or liquid. Then hot pink lipstick with gloss over it.
shes wearing black liner , awful mascara , lip stick , lip gloss and a not very good foundation


im sorry but i wouldnt go for this look
black eyeliner all the way to the tear duct.
