believe it or not ....target!!!!
Macy's, Nordstrom, Sephora, pretty much any place that sells make-up....
i dont know what they use. but you can use MAC cosmetics, or buy anything in sephora, macy's the designer makeup like chanel or dior. but basically MAC eyeshadow is the best.
