I actually saw some at wal-mart the other day. I just glanced at it, but it was indeed eye primer. I'm not sure the brand or price. I think it may have been Cover Girl or Maybelline, and the price probably wasn't more than $12.Do they sell eye makeup primer at Wal-Mart or Target?
yea target actually has really good makeup i always go there and there cheaper than M.A.C, bobbi brown, and NARS and all those expensive brands

umm i thin revlon does and i think its like 7$ but maybe its not revlon lol, but i kno they have it in a tube thats white with black lettering
The closest I've seen are L'oreal High Intensity Pigments Paints. Pick one closest to your normal skintone and...voila! Eye primer. However, these things are expensive and you'd do just as well to get the Urban Decay Primer Potion from Sephora or Ulta or a Paint Pot from MAC.





ALSO -- some people I know use Monistat Anti-Chaffing gel (yes, the stuff for yeast infections) as primers and SWEAR by it...and they're relatively inexpensive, too.
There is a product from Loreal called De-Crease and it is pretty much like Urban Decay's Primer Potion but half the price it's only $7 and works really well.
You can try using concealer, foundation, or Revlon's Illuminence creme eyeshadow as a primer
I have not seen it at target. but They have it at Ulta i know. Its by urban decay and my was like $7 i think.
