Lighter colored and more glittery eye makeup??

whenever i do my eye makeup it always looks dull and a little too dark colored. what are some techniqes to make it look more bright and glittery??

deffinately more bright though...hard to explain lol.Lighter colored and more glittery eye makeup??
Well, I don't have any tips, but youtube does.Get on youtube.com and search glittery and bright makeup tutorials and click on the video that you want. They should tell you what makeup they used (Ussually very expensive makeup though) and I'm pretty sure you can get some cheaper versions.=)Lighter colored and more glittery eye makeup??
the thing that i think works is use concealer after your compact, the eyeshadow you used on your eye, tap it under your eye, lightly, and faintly up your cheekbone. then you can get some shadow thats not really colorful or noticible but still shiny and very gently put it on the lid of your eye and up your cheekbone. also, use a glossy, colored, gloss on your lips. oh and dont forget the mascara and eyeliner

but dont forget to make it your own
im guessing you want to look luminuos or glowing in other words

get an eyeshadow that matched your skin colour and make sure its not matt, to know this put it on your hand and look at it under the light, if it shimmers get it if it doesnt look again

get a highlighter, all good make up brands do them and some regular ones to

put highlighter on inner corners of your eyes and the brow bone, alternatively use a white shimmery shadow

then blend some charcoal grey on the outer corners and apply mascara as usual

the technique wil make your eyes look bigger and make them more luminous!

hope i helped xoxo
Get an eyeshadow base or primer. apply it on your lid before the eyeshadow, and let it dry first. only dab on alittle bit.

it makes the color ';pop'; and look brighter.

and they make it last WAY longer and not crease.

u can try:

urban decay's primer potion [sold at urbandecay.com or sephora]

or loreal de-crease eyeshadow base.[ at drugstores.]
There are several things you can do like using a primer but if you want the eyeshadow itself to do most of the work try Victoria's Secret eyeshadows and Sephora also would give you a lot of choices. Also, mineral eyeshadow.
